YPP Lettings - Leeds City Centre Office

If you value your sanity, do NOT rent with YPP in Leeds. We had several issues with our flat whilst we were renting. When we initially moved in, the place was a mess and was not clean at all. It was only after it was brought up was it cleaned in a semi decent manner. Throughout the year, the bathroom had several problems including black liquid coming out the shower hole - when I rang maintenance they said they will come in a week despite it being a matter of urgency. Our sink was leaking once and instead of sending an engineer, I was FaceTimed by the engineer and given instructions on how to fix it. Most notably they painted over damp in the kitchen ceiling and eventually part of the ceiling fell down and caused a leakage from the flat upstairs. I was left with a hole in my ceiling for months without anyone coming to fix it. Highly recommend against using this company.

Receptionist Saka from 58 Wade Lane is really lovely, really responsible, helped me retrieving a parcel that was wrongly delivered by FedEx and has been very helpful in many ways. Saved my day! 5 star!

Saka always helps me collect my parcels even when they get lost in another building .He also always mentioned the live oasis cafeteria and great days they offer which in grateful for as I love the smoothies !

Saka in YPP Belgrave House is amazing. Very helping and kind. Ambience and breakfast is very nice.

All the staff are incredibly helpful and kind. In particular, Shane Aung is warm, friendly, and approachable, making every interaction pleasant and comfortable. She is very easy to talk to and always provides excellent support.

Really enjoyed the apartment event! Huge thanks to organizer Nori for the thoughtful planning and great arrangement. It was well‑organized and fun, looking forward to more activities!

I had a great experience. I accidentally went out without my key, and staff Jay kindly helped me open the door. He was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. I really appreciate his kindness and support. Excellent service and highly recommended!
