I phoned and discovered that they didn't have a buyer, so said no thank you, but then they saved my phone number without my consent and started calling me every day.
I had a wonderful experience in setting up, finding tenants and starting the new tenancy. I had a very difficult experience with my previous letting agents. Rafeena really helped out alot, was always available and approachable. Thank you!

There has been some hiccup with Haarts Letting initially, but working with Rafeena had been the most pleasant experience. She listened with patience and follow up on every actions discussed. She went beyond and extend her service and initiative to coordinate and resolve utilities issues due to the slow support from utilities suppliers. It has been a very positive support from Haarts Leeting to us as landlord. Highly recommend Rafeena and team for lettings services.

I viewed a property yesterday in Leeds with Courtney yesterday and although it wasn’t what I was looking for she helped in every way possible.
