First time experiencing this company and all I can say it has surpassed my expectation. The location was incredible and service was great. The host gave thorough instructions and answered any questions I had.

Amazing property, so big and spacious. Very modern, clean. Beds very comfortable. Amazing location. Had a lovely stay with the family for my daughters graduation. Definitely will be back. I've had the pleasure of working with this management company for my short-term rental properties, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the service they've provided. From day one, they've been incredibly professional, responsive, and transparent. Every repair or maintenance issue is communicated clearly, with photos, explanations, and my approval is always requested before any work is carried out. That level of transparency gives me complete confidence that my properties are being managed as if they were their own. Whenever a property becomes available, they prepare it for guests remarkably quickly. The photography is outstanding and truly showcases each apartment at its best, helping maximize bookings. The results speak for themselves. Since moving my properties to their management, my rental income has increased significantly in a very short period of time. Because of the excellent experience, I've already entrusted them with five of my properties, and I have complete confidence in their team. I would also like to give special recognition to Aneta. She is exceptional highly knowledgeable, incredibly professional, proactive, and always willing to help. She consistently goes above and beyond, and it is genuinely a pleasure working with her. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a reliable, transparent, and results-driven short term rental management company.

We stayed in a fabulous property in Cardiff Central. It was perfect for the activities we had planned and all essentials were in the apartment, with perfect communication with the host. Would highly recommend.

We recently stayed at a property managed by Pass The Property and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The property is advertised as a 5-star luxury accommodation; however, in our opinion, the reality was far from this and more closely resembled a 1-star standard due to its condition, cleanliness, and overall upkeep. There were clear issues with maintenance, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the property. More concerningly, there were safety issues during our stay, and injuries were sustained as a result. What is particularly worrying is that similar concerns appear to have been raised by previous guests in public reviews, yet these do not seem to have been adequately addressed. This suggests an ongoing lack of proper maintenance and oversight. When we raised a formal complaint, supported by photographic evidence and correspondence, the response we received was dismissive. We would strongly advise future guests to carefully review all feedback before booking - something we did not do and strongly regret this now. Based on our experience, the property did not meet reasonable expectations, and the handling of our complaint was equally disappointing. Charging over £3500 for two nights is daylight robbery

Our stay at the air BnB in Bristol (Fishponds Road) was lovely. We appreciated the host’s flexibility and the complimentary late checkout, which made our departure day much easier. The parking over the weekend in the location was super convenient and checking in and out of the air BnB was also easy! We did a Tesco delivery of some groceries and they had no problem finding the location. The apartment was beautifully decorated and the stay itself may suit guests who prefer a more minimalist experience and don’t mind being especially “offline,” as there was no WiFi available during our visit. The apartment was also quite lightly stocked, and we had to get our own cleaning supplies. Future guests may want to also do the same if planning a longer stay or even if they want to leave the air BnB tidy. One of the beds was much firmer than expected and some guests may enjoy that level of support. Overall, we’re grateful for the host’s kindness and accommodation during our trip.

Really disappointing stay in Fishponds, Bristol. The apartment was not cleaned to an acceptable standard on arrival, with multiple areas visibly dirty and rubbish left from previous guests. Communication was handled via an outsourced call centre, who offered nothing but poor customer service skills. Despite raising the problem promptly, the resolution was slow and poorly executed. The apartment was still messy even after the cleaners had returned. Given the condition of the property and the lack of adequate response, this experience fell well below reasonable expectations. Avoid.
