This is the first occasion I have used Watsons. I dealt with Lee Turner, found the process to be easy, and with good communication throughout. I have just received the requested report and found it to be comprehensive, easy to read and with useful information and guidance. Overall ideal for my needs.

I rang Watsons Surveyors a couple of days ago to ask for a quote for a survey for my impending house purchase and spoke to Amber Livesley. She was very polite and helpful and sent me a quote within 10 minutes, which I accepted. She rang me back the same day with a date for the survey to be carried out. Amber was very professional. I am very pleased with the service I received and would recommend Watsons without hesitation.

Special mention to Kai in customer services and Ian on valuations, both are fantastic to deal with and representative of a company that's the best valuation survey firm we've worked with, by far. From the office team to the valuers on site, everyone has been professional, responsive, and easy to deal with. We've used them across all of our projects over the last couple of years and will absolutely be continuing to work with them on many more!

We requested a quote off the back of needing a homeowners survey for a property we are buying and Elizabeth was really helpful in ensuring we had all the information needed. Dave Watson originally contacted me off the back of our estate agent referring us to them and he was also very informative. Great service all around in terms of booking and paying for the survey.

Communication was excellent and I received the quotation very quickly. Amber Livesley who booked the survey in when requested and was very polite. I received the report within a few days and was well prepared including photos. I would highly recommend both Amber and the Watsons.

Not had the survey completed as yet but, thus far, very impressed by Watsons Property Group. Dave handled our booking and was super-efficient, arranging the appointment with the selling agent within minutes. Very competitive price too. Not the cheapest but great reviews across the board and my experience to date indicates great value for money.
