A huge thank you to Thomas Percival and Luke Watson at Alexander Estate Agents for their excellent service. Thomas, in particular, was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. His professionalism, dedication, and communication were second to none, and he worked incredibly hard to keep everything moving smoothly throughout the entire process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was always proactive, responsive, and reassuring. It genuinely felt like he went above and beyond at every stage. Luke was also friendly and helpful whenever we spoke with him, making for a great overall experience.

The worse estate agents i have ever used. Isaac lies and deceive you. If you get told they are going to do something, get it in writing. They break the rules. All they want is your money and don't care how they get it. They are the one's that give estate agents a bad name.

Very disorganised and somewhat rude. I booked a house viewing with them and had a confirmation phone call this morning, only to be hung up on while I was still talking. This was then followed up by arriving at the house to find that the current tenants called to cancel days prior and it was not passed along to us or the person showing us the house who's job wasnt even to show potential tenants around houses. Nice guy but he was also left confused like the rest of us.

Landlords should beware of these people. The staff were pleasant and they did a good job of managing my HMOs. However, when I left them they decided, utterly against their own contract, that I owed them a £3,000 exit fee. Instead of billing me, they simply looted my rent account and I had to take them to court. I won, (plus costs and interest). Beware that they have a clause that having once managed the place they are entitled to go on doing so as long as the tenant is there! In my case the tenants had changed but they thought they'd pocket my £3,000 anyway. Wrong. Dont trust them and read the contract very carefully, especially now that you won't be able to remove them by removing the tenant.

I dealt with Luke Simpson He was great , focused on finding a solution to all of my queries and problems. Overall he was v helpful, tbh all of the team at Alex &Co are of the same mould. Overall a very positive experience.👍

Me and my partner got our first place through these people, I thought it would be stressful and full of deadends after deadends but it was rather easy. We trusted the process with our agent, Thomas, through picking banhams relocation company and other steps in the process. In the end it resulted in a very easy process, also my favourite thing about them is they reply very quickly and make sure to answer all my questions. I hope as I continue to live here with them as my agency ill have more good reviews to make.

Isaac was phenomenal and couldn’t have been any better, always willing to help out even when it was just stressy stuff he was always willing to answer a call or a message.
