Jones & Co Lettings

They really helped me a lot during such a stressful and urgent time when I needed to move out quickly. Especially Adam, who was always there at the end of the phone and helped me with everything. He even replied to my messages on his day off. I really appreciate all the help and support. Thank you so much for everything.

Andy was incredibly lovely and funny. Viewing with him was interesting and he is being very helpful with helping me friend the right property

Adam is practically the best agent I have met in the whole of England .very nice and warm and ready to help .He found me my dream house in Norwich.

Adam was professional, helpful, and responsive throughout the process. He kept us informed at every stage and made everything run smoothly. Great service and highly recommended.

My partner and I recently approached Jones & Co to rent a property. I was amazed at the speed and fluidity of the whole process and it was extremely quick and easy. Adam, who was dealing with our application was friendly and professional and made the process comfortable, he was always on the other end of the phone for any questions or queries and dealt with them immediately. Fully recommend.

We arrived and were happy to see that Maisie arrived early and welcomed us into the property ahead of our scheduled time as we also arrived early, she was helpful and kind. She listened to our story and how we are looking to find a home to set up a solid foundation to get our kids into school. She showed us around the whole place including the garage and then explained the area to us as well as the school possibilities. We were very happy with Maisie and would love to have her show us other properties if perhaps this one doesn’t work out. We are crossing our fingers that it does work out!

I would highly recommend this letting agency. Absolutely brilliant and swift service. I must say that I am quite impressed with Adam, the gentleman who showed me the property at Albion. He was so passionate about his work and answered all the questions displaying professionalism and most importantly patience. Adam understood my need and timeline well and acted upon it accordingly. He went above and beyond by keeping in touch with me and followed up with the office for me. A 100 times thankful to Adam. I would highly recommend this letting agency.
