Can’t praise this team enough! They rented out my property with ease and were incredibly helpful from start to finish. They gave me excellent advice on pricing, were extremely efficient and quick to respond, and found me a perfect tenant. When the property became available again, I had absolutely no hesitation in going straight back to them, and I’m now using them again. They vet tenants very thoroughly, are always on hand to help with any questions or property-related issues, and are extremely knowledgeable and professional. A special thank you to Zoe, who has been my main point of contact and has been incredibly helpful throughout. She has kept me constantly updated with all enquiries, been on hand to assist whenever I’ve had questions, and has always been happy to help with anything I’ve needed. I also want to mention the lettings team as a whole, as everyone I’ve spoken to has been extremely knowledgeable, efficient and always on the ball. I’ve been very impressed with how professional they are, and I’m sure their approach to viewings and dealing with prospective tenants is a big part of why they achieve such good results. Everyone in the team is friendly, professional and pleasant whenever I pop into the office, and nothing ever seems too much trouble. If you’re looking to rent out your property or find a property to rent, I honestly can’t recommend these guys enough. Very happy with the service!
