At the beginning I had some issues with repairs and I thought it was the agent not sorting it, but Wards Property explained it needed landlord approval and they were always chasing this for me. Communication was good throughout and they kept me updated until the works were finally completed. Everything did get sorted in the end and I appreciate the effort they made to follow this up.
