He took the time to get to know us, asking what we were looking for and what was important to us when finding a home, which made the whole experience feel much more personal. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions we had. It was clear that he genuinely cared about helping us find the right place and wasn’t just going through the motions of a viewing. The whole process was relaxed and positive, and we really appreciated the effort and kindness shown throughout. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a letting agent who is approachable, professional, and truly cares about their clients!!!
Umega Letting has provided a wonderful service and I highly recommend them! Rachel, Rowan and Martha have been efficient, expedient, responsive and incredibly helpful every step of the way. From helping to collect the keys to my flat, to facilitating the furnishing and procurement of all required certificates. Special thanks to Rachel for her amazing work in taking excellent marketing photos and videos and finding a tenant within one day of the flat being advertised online. Very pleased with the service!

Sam was incredibly helpful throughout the whole letting process. I spoke to Lou throughout my rental process with Umega, and she was great! She was very attentive and helpful throughout. As I couldn’t attend viewings in person, Lou made sure I was still able to see the apartment through a video tour, which made the viewing process much easier.
Matthew was an amazing agent! He showed us a few different properties and was such a funny and welcoming guide. Definitely made our flat-hunting experience a lot better, and we will keep looking at flats with Umega in the future.
