On the day of check in we met our liaison Sophia and she very kindly went over any questions I might have had about our stay. We highly reccomend them if you're looking to rent in Edinburgh
Aaron is an excellent property manager, deals with issues and maintenance very quickly and without issue. The signing process was excellent with this company. Offered 6 month upfront payment and proof of savings as opposed to requiring full time employment which was extremely helpful for us. Highly recommend.
I recently moved into a new flat in Edinburgh and the experience couldn’t have been smoother. There was some mould found in some of the shutters however Francesca was very quick to get this sorted for us and it has already been cleaned and removed. The whole process was very easy with clear instructions on what was necessary and we picked up our keys with no problems. Francesca has been very helpful and quick to respond to any problems we have had in order to fix them.
We have just rented a property through Southside for the first time, and our experience has been excellent. Michael, our property manager, has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process. He has a fantastic personality and has always been approachable, professional, and willing to help. He responds to our questions promptly and deals with any issues efficiently and effectively. His communication has been excellent, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We feel very fortunate to have Michael as our property manager and would highly recommend both him and Southside Property Management.
My first time using Southside as a tenant has been a very positive experience. The offer, acceptance and onboarding processes are done very efficiently and well communicated throughout. The requirements and expectations of tenants are laid out very clearly during the viewings process. Sophia has been a great property manager and is very attentive. She has been lovely to deal with and always responds quickly if I have any questions. Any issues in the property have been dealt with very efficiently without my needing to follow up with her.
I’ve had a great experience with Southside so far. The team has been professional, responsive, and very helpful throughout. Special thanks to my property manager, Ione, who has been particularly supportive and efficient in handling everything. Communication has always been clear and timely, which I really appreciate. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend them.
As a first-time renter SPM were great - their viewing system was transparent and they had a wide range of properties which helped me find one which suited my needs. They are super accessible and were quick to respond to my queries. Since moving in, my property manager Rebekah and her team have checked in a couple times and have been friendly each time. We have only needed one thing done in our flat and they sent a bloke in to fix it within two weeks of reporting the fault. So overall 5 stars! Would recommend renting from them as it really is "property made simple".
