Clouds was amazing, the staff are incredibly helpful and easy to work with. They are also incredibly thorough and user-friendly with all documentation and lease agreements after move in. I highly recommend them and will be going through their team again when I move to a new place.

I rented a flat from Clouds Edinburgh last summer, I really want to write a review to share my experiences, if you are looking for a letting agent, go to Clouds, what I like most are 1. their fast response, all my enquiries are replied almost within a couple of hours, this made me feel there are always someone there that can help 2. their properties inspection process is also a 5-star service, first of all, they are asking when I am available, rather than set a few dates for me to choose from, secondly after inspection they will write me a summary email with the area I need pay attention and they need to do, this really helps. If you go with Clouds, you will feel warm and welcomed, that is how I feel, than you Clouds ;-)
