Very pleased with the assistance of Clan Gordon in getting our rental flat back up to lettable condition. The previous tenants had been in occupation for five years so we needed to do a bit of work when they moved out. It all proved seamless as Mike and his team arranged for all necessary contractors and suppliers to attend when needed. The flat was re-let during the period of the works, keeping the void period to a minimum.

Clan Gordon have been by far the smoothest experience I’ve had with letting agents in Edinburgh. They go above and beyond to make your experience easier, the process between viewing and moving in was super straight forward and only took a week! Islay and Cameron were super helpful online and over emails with this process.
