Had a viewing with David Marshall for an apartment, couldn’t fault how friendly and informative David was. Was an easy process setting up a viewing, and left us to view to flat alone with no pressure.
I’ve worked with Reeds Rains a few times now, helping get jobs sorted for landlords to a good standard ready for the next tenant. It makes life easier for the letting agents, and the communication from Ellena Keigher has been spot on every time, clear, direct, and always responsive. Easily the best letting agent I deal with at the moment. Highly recommend working with them

Unfortunately, I was unimpressed by the services Reed Rains had to offer whilst me and my partner were flat searching. Main issues were delays when booking viewings, delayed email confirmations, changing viewing times without informing us, and not being punctual with viewings. An exception to this was David Marshall, who remained professional and helpful throughout. We will not be using this estate agents in the future...
