We had an excellent experience with Reeds Rains throughout the whole process. David Marshall was friendly, professional and welcoming during the viewing, taking the time to answer all of our questions and making us feel completely at ease. Ellena Keigher has also been absolutely fantastic, she responded to every email promptly, kept us updated throughout the process and was always helpful and approachable. The communication and customer service have been outstanding from start to finish. Thank you both for all your help!
Excellent quality of service so far, viewed two properties with them so far and have been great with answering questions and supporting a proper decision. Great work! 👍
Had a viewing with David Marshall for an apartment, couldn’t fault how friendly and informative David was. Was an easy process setting up a viewing, and left us to view to flat alone with no pressure.
I’ve worked with Reeds Rains a few times now, helping get jobs sorted for landlords to a good standard ready for the next tenant. It makes life easier for the letting agents, and the communication from Ellena Keigher has been spot on every time, clear, direct, and always responsive. Easily the best letting agent I deal with at the moment. Highly recommend working with them
Great team, who really helped despite things not quite going to plan. Would definitely look to buy through them in the future
Unfortunately, I was unimpressed by the services Reed Rains had to offer whilst me and my partner were flat searching. Main issues were delays when booking viewings, delayed email confirmations, changing viewing times without informing us, and not being punctual with viewings. An exception to this was David Marshall, who remained professional and helpful throughout. We will not be using this estate agents in the future...
Lisa Sharp and her three colleagues (Augustine, George and Ellena) at the City Living branch in Sheffield are an outstanding team! They are efficient, excellent communicators (returning your calls and responding to emails promptly) patient, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Thank you all so much for your help and support.
