Haybrook lettings agents Sheffield (Lettings)

Im currently moving across country to gain my PhD and hadnt had an easy time finding a property for my 8 week old kitten and I. That is until Amy helped us. She has been nothing but thoughtful and professional. We are hoping to move in next month and i truly cant thank her enough. 5/5 is an understatement for Amy.

Honestly, I don't even know where to start with how bad and clueless this letting agency has been. They have caused nothing but stress from start to finish. They approved documents that apparently shouldn't have been approved, then waited until the day we were due to collect the keys to tell us. We were repeatedly told, "This is the last thing you need to do," yet every time there seemed to be another issue or another document required. The only thing they were quick to do was take our money. Moving house is stressful enough without having to deal with constant confusion, poor communication, and last-minute surprises. If you want a smooth, hassle-free move, I would avoid this agency. If we hadn't already handed in the notice on our previous property, we would have stayed there rather than go through this experience.

Haybrooks have been amazing. NICOLE imparticular I viewed a property not sure if I would pass the referencing process and throughout they were fantastic and reassuring that they would do there best to secure the property for me.

Nicole was very friendly and helpful throughout the viewing and application process. Communication from her / Haybrook was always very speedy, and we're really happy with the service they provided.

I had a fantastic experience securing my new home through Haybrook lettings. From the very first viewing, Nicole was incredibly kind and professional. The referencing process can usually be stressful, but she made everything feel seamless. Nicole was always ready to answer my questions and was so helpful every time I reached out. Highly recommend their services.

Haybrook has been a lifesaver over the last two weeks. Two friends and I have been looking to move to Sheffield to start our careers and PhDs, and have been using a variety off agents, but none have been as effective as Haybrook. With the help of the lovely Nicole, we are currently in the process of referencing for our new home. If you need a new home, then this is the place to go.

We have used Haybrook Letting since 2013 for our rental properties. They have always been efficient, helpful, reliable and affordable. They have always worked hard to find good tenants for us. Nicole Tseng was instrumental in finding us tenants in our latest rental property. Nicole is friendly, professional and she always responded to our questions and enquiries swiftly. I would recommend Nicole and Haybrook to anyone who is interested in either letting a property or renting a property. Thank you Nicole.
