Landlords letting out a property, many of them new to the process, describe a service that feels personal from the first viewing onwards. Hayden is named repeatedly as the figure who steers the whole arrangement, meeting owners in person and remaining accessible when questions arise, and Natasha also features for her helpful and prompt replies. A theme running through the feedback is the speed of securing tenants, with one owner reporting a suitable candidate found in a couple of days and another noting that an open house, background checks and tenant vetting were all wrapped up inside three days.

First-time landlords mention the confidence they gained from having the property handled carefully, alongside competitive rates that reviewers consider good value. Regular updates and reminders about maintenance are praised, as is the swift response whenever an issue emerges during a tenancy. Reviewers characterise the team as proactive, thorough and down to earth, with next steps explained clearly at each stage. The recurring theme across the accounts is a straightforward, low-stress letting experience for owners handing over their property for the first time, from valuation through to signed agreement.
