Everything is fine if you’re the apartment owner, but as a tenant, you’re effectively ignored; they only remember to raise the rent every year and to conduct inspections twice a year—during which any issues regarding damaged, old (20-year-old) appliances are noted down but ignored until the next visit. There is a complete lack of respect or concern for the tenant.

During the years that Belvoir managed my flat everything ran smoothly and any maintenance issues were speedily dealt with. I have just completed on the sale of the flat and can't thank everyone at Bevoir enough, in particular Ashley and Kelly who kept me informed of the progress throughout. If they were out of the office when I called they always phoned me back on their return. They found me a buyer in a slow market and worked hard to keep the sale together when an unexpected problem arose. Belvoir's service is professional and friendly and I thoroughly recommend them.
