Northwood Peterborough Estate & Letting Agents

Everyone has been lovely, accommodating, efficient and effective. The communication is prompt and clear, and it made the move-in process an easy, smooth-sailing experience. Would definitely recommend and use them again!

Highly Discriminatory process and organization .If you dont want a certain race find a smarter way to waste peoples time under process. A house I was willing to pay 900GBP for is currently reduced to 875GBP and might still go lower simply because they do not want me or waiting for the right tenant . Please if you are my kind dont waste your time with them .update ....ypu can defend your business all you want .please tell the public why you did not proceed with my application and I was not even responded to. Please elaborate your process of fairness here let the public judge. You can hide behind a process but I was discriminated upon based on my race and I can challenge it anywhere .I never mentioned you reduce the price because f race. How can you respond to market forces when I made an application for a house in pinewood for 900 GBP and it was turned down saying it wasnt successful and next thing the house is going for 875 what market forces logic is that when a willing tenant was waiting to take it for 900 GBP please explain to the world why you dint follow my application through.I can shard my photos here but you and your business ain't worth it.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting a professional and friendly team ,that showed a lot of patience, understanding, support, and promptness regarding the rental of my new house. Thank you very, very much the Northwood team. Kind Regards Florentina.

So far they have been nothing but helpful and supportive in regards to moving into our new home! Minor issue on the first day but have worked to resolve it rapid with the landlord, so far, great with communication and quick response time! All in all very happy!!!!

Great service, lovely people. Everything carried out professionally and in a timely manner for the rental property start date, and great communication throughout the length of the tenancy. Would highly recommend.

As Landlords we have used Northwoods Peterborough for the last 10 years, to manage a number of local rental properties. The people at Northwoods have always been efficient, polite and friendly and provided a great service that has taken away most of the worries that you can have as a landlord. I would not hesitate to recommend them to other landlords.

Absolutely appalling experience with Chris. The way he spoke to me was nothing short of rude, condescending, and utterly disrespectful. He acted as if I had learning difficulties simply for asking a question — completely uncalled for and deeply insulting. His tone was arrogant and dismissive, like someone who’s never had a respectful conversation with a woman in his life. If you’re looking for professionalism, patience, or even basic human decency, steer well clear of him.
