William H Brown Estate Agents Peterborough

We had excellent service from start to finish. They were very helpful in helping us secure our rental home. A special thank you to Naomi, who was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional throughout. Thank you for making the process so easy. Highly recommended!

Would give zero stars if I could. Shocking way to conduct business. Messed around with property number 1. Then got told that there would be another one that suited us. Called to find out more then we were told it had one less bedroom than we required. Chased for updates and got nothing. Was promised a phone call back in ‘ten minutes’. Heard nothing so chased again and then got told there was no one to speak to. Insisted that someone call me the next day and was promised they would. 2 weeks later and still I’m yet to hear anything. They could have my dream home and I still wouldn’t entertain them. Extremely rude on the phone and clearly a shambles

Faizan has been a professional negotiator has helped me through all the steps and got me through my first move. Would recommend anyone especially new renters to go through this company.

Just wanted to say a big thanks to Faizan for all his hard work in getting me into my new property a week after viewing! Having been let down by others, this was a breath of fresh air. Couldn’t be happier with the service provided from start to finish. Very professional and topped up with a lovely moving in gift! Thanks very much again, very happy

I had an excellent experience working with Faizan as my letting agent. From the very beginning, he was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to making the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. He kept me informed at every stage, answered all of my questions promptly, and always made himself available whenever I needed assistance. What really stood out was how far Faizan went above and beyond his role to ensure everything was taken care of. His attention to detail, proactive communication, and willingness to help with even the smallest concerns made a huge difference. It's rare to find someone who is so dedicated to providing outstanding service, and I would highly recommend Faizan to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy letting agent. Thank you for all your hard work and support!

I have been working with WH Brown Lettings department for over 20 years and I have found that their Property Management service has been excellent. In particular and more recently Hannah Atmore who is my main contact there, has been incredibly efficient and helpful both with the ongoing management of my tenants and any issue they have to providing me the necessary information required when requested. I would not hesitate to recommend the Property Management Division and Hannah in particular.
