Can’t recommend Cookes enough as a letting agent, saving for our first home was made so easy and they really keep the tenant in mind, every call was dealt with quickly and professionally and communication was fantastic. Highly recommend!

I was the owner of 2 properties in Peterborough for approximately 10 years and Cookes managed these both for me. Roland and the team were amazing throughout that period and covered everything I needed, plus more on some occasions, so I rarely needed to be involved. All queries by either myself or any of the tenants were quickly handled, all maintenance, inspections and annual services were catered for so I had minimal need for concern. On the rare occasion there were issues, for example a tenant had problems with the rent, or when I was looking to sell a property and needed the tenants to be informed to vacate, this was all discussed and the process and steps required explained clearly and Roland worked with the tenants to ensure all parties were happy and end goal achieved, ie, rent paid or tenants to move out on X date. All in all, it was a very positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the team to anyone considering using Cookes as either their property management company or to rent a property from.

We was renting with Cookes Property Management for 8 years and always they were there when we need. They was very understanding persons and always care about our needs. I recommend them to anyone's.

We are extremely disappointed with our experience with Cooke’s Estate Agents. After fully committing to a property, paying the deposit, and making arrangements with our current landlords, we were suddenly informed that the house had been given to someone else — someone who had previously turned it down and simply changed their mind. We were led to believe everything was in place, only to be pushed aside at the last minute. The fact that we had already paid a deposit makes this even more unacceptable. The lack of communication, transparency, and professionalism throughout this process has been incredibly frustrating and upsetting, especially as we had our heart set on the home. This experience has caused us unnecessary stress and disruption, and we feel completely let down.
