Woodcock Holmes Letting & Estate Agents in Peterborough

Have just completed on the sale of my late father's bungalow. The team at Woodcock Holmes were professional throughout and guided us all the way. Also all queries were answered promptly, mainly by Adrian. Thank you all for your help with this.

Most helpful of any Estate Agent I have ever worked with. On time, efficient and sold our property very quickly. Can't recommend them enough

Woodcock Holmes were brilliant to deal with - they gave me great, pragmatic advice on work to do prior to sale, took great photos and were quick to act when a buyer was found. They were professional, easy to get hold of and saw the process through to completion quickly. And even better they got me a great price. Thank you

Matt has been nothing but helpful since day one when i first enquired about the property im now moving into!! He’s answered every email i’ve sent (atleast 5 a day😅) and been nothing but helpful and understanding. I couldn’t recommend any letting agent more to trust with everything!

The care and service we received through a very difficult sale was second to none. Adrian went over and above my expectations and managed to overcome all the obstacles and get the sale through. There were several occasions when I though we would not complete but with Adrian holding everything together, we got there

The property was placed on the market early September 2025. Although there were numerous viewings nobody was buying because of the uncertainity caused by the lead up to the November budget. However, once that and Xmas were out of the way interest became more real and the property was quickly sold. Throughout Woodcock Holmes kept me fully informed of events, and I am pleased with the quality of the service they provided.

We had a great experience with Woodcock Holmes when purchasing our home. The whole process was handled professionally and smoothly from start to finish. The team was always helpful, responsive, and supportive, making what can be a stressful process feel much easier. We are very happy with everything and would highly recommend Woodcock Holmes.
