I can not rate this higher. 5 stars is the maximum. Ben and Moda is easily one of the nicest, friendly but most of all AVAILABLE companies I have ever dealt with when selling or buying a house. We recently lost my mum and he was understanding of our needs. Completely flexibele in his approach along with invaluable suggestions for how to market the property. We were worried in how the property would need to be presented but Ben explained to us how Moda could help in both the visible aspect and the wording of the advertising. We got more than we thought for the property and also it completed in a very quick time. Ben had the right interest for our property and the offers came in within a matter of days. In addition to this, I recommended Ben to another person we knew who took our advice and instructed Ben (Moda). Needless to say, their property has had an offer accepted within a similar timescale. Lastly, if you have read this to the end. We did speak to a certain colour of brick company as I have had previous dealing with them under a previous property I sold. I can honesty tell you that this experience has been nothing eye opening and will certainly deal with Ben again and will be passing his name on to all I know. If you're selling, look them up... Could not recommend enough I had my house up for sale but after meeting Ben at a viewing for the property I have bought I swapped agents to moda. Ben was excellent and helped me when the buyer of my property fell through, he found a new buyer in no time. Really professional service with warm friendly agents. 10/10
