Atlas took care of the house sale really efficiently and professionally. They were always quick to communicate and made what could’ve been a stressful time, very easy! Their valuation was reasonable and accurate. The house got plenty of traction and viewings thanks to the team, and was really happy to complete the sale within 3.5 months of accepting an offer. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and to use again!
Sold our house with Atlas, we got a few different ideas and every estate agent had a significantly lower estimate for our home. Atlas assured us we could get a much higher price and we ended up getting more than we put it up for. By about £6k. Throughout the whole process they kept us up to date with constant communication and were very clear in their instructions. If i ever sell my next home then i would use Atlas again without question. 10/10 really impressed.
A special thank you to Sophie, who was absolutely brilliant. She was always happy to help with any questions or requests, no matter how big or small. She was attentive, friendly, and incredibly quick to respond, which made the whole process so much less stressful. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and her support and communication were outstanding throughout. Overall, Atlas Estate Agents provided me with a great experience as a new tenant, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property. The team at Atlas are exceptional. They give great advice, are always available to discuss ongoings, and are incredibly friendly. Michelle Le Brocq took care of my letting services and was so professional and really patient. As it was my first time letting a property she explained everything concisely on more than one occasion. I can’t recommend their services enough.
Moved from a different estate agents to Atlas from a recommendation and I’m so so glad I did. The whole team have been extremely helpful, they follow up on issues immediately and are always polite and positive to work with. Sophie is my lettings manager and she has been a dream to work with. I’d highly recommend Atlas to anyone and everyone as I’ve had awful service elsewhere and Atlas has been a breath of fresh air.
Excellent service from Atlas, would absolutely recommend them. Just look at their reviews compared to others on Allerton Road, says it all! Both from a selling and a buying point of view, from start to finish they were very professional, reliable, knowledgable and just simply straightforward to deal with. Special thanks to the sales progression team, we had a long drawn out process of moving house, no fault of Atlas, in fact they did everything they could to push things along as much as they could. Claire in particular was a great help, very patient with me, excellent at keeping in touch and keeping me updated and very pro-active at dealing with some tricky situations. Moving house as part of a chain can be very stressful, but having a good, solid estate agent behind you like these guys lifts a lot of the weight. Thank you Olly & Claire.
