Myself and my partner had the absolute pleasure of working with Gemma and Leah as our letting agents for three different properties and each time the service they provided was outstanding! They really balance the relationship between landlords and tenants perfectly which is not always easy to do. Gemma was incredibly proactive, thorough and diligent in sorting out our sale. Communication was succinct and quick. She even kept in touch with what was going on, after she went on maternity leave! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gemma and to use her again, if the opportunity arose.
