Robert and Karen were excellent from start to finish. Rob demonstrated a lot of skill and knowledge when valuing my property, both with regards to the condition of the house and the local market. Red Rooves were the highest of three quotes I received, however, I had significantly more confidence in them to handle my property sale than the other agents I had out, who came across pretty unenthusiastic and disinterested. From the start of the process Rob was brilliant. I called and left some information when I was considering selling a rental property I no longer wanted. My tenant moved out and 1 day later Rob called and asked me to send some pictures over because he might have some interest. I snapped a few pics and the next day Rob had a buyer with an acceptable offer without even listing it online.
