Kenneally Property Services Ltd

Kenneally Property Services Ltd is an independent company specialising in residential sales and lettings. The company operates in Peterborough, Stamford, Oakham and the surrounding area. It has many years of experience in the lettings industry. Nick Bettles is the Managing Director and holds the MARLA and MNAEA qualifications. The company works with companies such as Caterpillar/Perkins, Cummins Technologies, British Sugar, Coloplast, the NHS and USAF to place tenants. It offers residential sales and lettings services.

A letting and property management service centred on long-term relationships is how this Peterborough company is portrayed, with tenancies described as lasting anywhere from six months to more than a decade. Moving in and moving out are recalled as smooth and free of stress, and named staff attract consistent praise: Nick is credited with guiding newcomers through the rental process, getting properties ready to let and finding suitable tenants, while Lisa is thanked for outstanding professional help from start to finish. A recurring theme is how quickly emails and enquiries are answered, with repairs passed to electricians and plumbers who resolve faults promptly.

The team comes across as friendly, down to earth and understanding when situations become difficult, and its dealings with both landlords and tenants are described as honest and reasonable. Occupiers of many years report that requests for fixes or replacements have never proved troublesome, and one long-standing tenant highlights assistance with minor and major enquiries about the flat. Property investment and valuation work sit alongside the management of rental homes. The experience is summed up as service that has restored trust after previous dealings with other agencies.
