John Hilton Estate Agents

During our tenancy with John Hilton we have had multiple property managers and, most recently, Zach, who we like to extend our huge thanks and appreciation to! We would like to highlight his recent help with some maintenance issues that have been ongoing and had not been dealt with until he took over! Very quick responses, friendly and helpful.

Cannot recommend Ethan enough! He took over as our property manager and he has always been lovely, in person and over emails. Always there to support us no matter what the problem was, and if anything ever came up he always sorted it out for us quickly. I hope to have him as a property manager again.

For the past three years, I have been renting with John Hiltons and they have been great. Recently, Sadiya took over the management of my property and she has been absolutely amazing. She is inredibly helpful and communicative and even lets me know my cat is safe from the heat whenever she visits. Thank you Sadiya xx

We are very happy with John Hilton and their services. Zac and Jo-Ann have been great! They were especially helpful with resolving an unusual tenancy issue. Zac has also worked extra hard at securing our last 2 tenancies.

I had a great experience with Karen Tigar from John Hilton estate agents she was professional, efficient, proactive and supportive throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, and she kept me informed every step of the way. I really appreciated her flexibility in facilitating a last minute viewing request and following through with all of the appropriate paperwork efficiently . I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent. Thank you Karen Tagir Deborah

We’ve had a great experience with John Hilton, especially thanks to Sadiya! She helped us find suitable properties, arranged and conducted viewings and was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. Sadiya has been so friendly and professional, making looking for a property a lovely, easier experience. We're just about to secure a property, and we're very grateful for all her support. I really recommend going with John Hilton, as their HMO properties seem to be well looked after and feel more homey compared to other agency viewings I have been to. Thank you, Sadiya, for helping us find our home! 😊

We had a great experience buying our house through Tom at John Hilton. He was incredibly friendly and lovely to work with from our very first viewing. Whenever something needed doing, he got stuff done quickly and efficiently, keeping the whole process moving smoothly.
