Dan has made the process of buying an absolute pleasure. Very calm and reassuring presence behind the scenes, dealt with our somewhat-irascible selling agent very professionally, and no hard-sell techniques that would have irritated both of us. A rare commodity in our experience; an honest estate agent!!

From the start of our property search all the way through to completion the team at Number Twenty Four have been the best agents we've worked with. During our viewings Abi made sure to accommodate us and was extremely knowledgeable about the property. We were able to have open and honest 2-wqy conversation. Once we put an offer in and began the purchasing process Georgia was amazing, she kept us looped in throughout and also helped to keep our solicitors on track with the chain, she went above and beyond to make sure there was a quick turnaround and that we could still reach our completion date. If in the future we ever decide to move again we will be going with the team at Number Twenty Four.

G whizz. Well, I will try to be concise because it would be very easy to write heaps about how amazingly communicative, informative and supportive Georgia was through this process. When someone is generally just an awesome person, coupled with being fab at the job, what could be stressful process ends up being super chilled and that was our experience. Can't recommend these guys enough. Right from day one they've been exceptional. Slightly more expensive than their competitors but they have more than made up for that with their professionalism and persistence in getting us a really good price for our house. Super straight forward to deal with and really responsive. Going the extra mile to help get the sale over the line in spite of trying to sell remotely from a couple of hundred miles away.
