We would like to highlight his recent help with some maintenance issues that have been ongoing and had not been dealt with until he took over! Very quick responses, friendly and helpful.
Cannot recommend Ethan enough! He took over as our property manager and he has always been lovely, in person and over emails. Always there to support us no matter what the problem was, and if anything ever came up he always sorted it out for us quickly. I hope to have him as a property manager again.
For the past three years, I have been renting with John Hiltons and they have been great. Recently, Sadiya took over the management of my property and she has been absolutely amazing. She is inredibly helpful and communicative and even lets me know my cat is safe from the heat whenever she visits. Thank you Sadiya xx
