Very disappointing experience. My tenancy agreement was illegally cancelled due to poor management on their part and failure to ensure the property was actually being vacated in time for my tenancy and as a result I’ve had to scramble last minute to find suitable accommodation. No compensation was offered and I honestly would not recommend them.

Selling our house turned into a long affair but Maslen made it happen. All the Staff were very professional and we were provided with excellent customer service throughout; Sam deserves special mention. Once we had received an offer we could accept, Donna went way beyond what we could have expected. Our purchase was a private transaction so our seller wasn't using an Estate Agent.
