I contacted Hunters to report this and was met with accountability. Chloe the property manager informed me that all of the issues were going to be rectified within a week. True to her word, within the week, all issues were sorted without any hassle to me or my partner. They were very understanding and even offered us a different flat if this one was unsatisfactory. I would recommend Hunters Estate Agents in future, as they have made us feel heard and respected.
My experience with Hunters has been fantastic from start to finish. Holly has been incredible—she’s accommodating, communicative, and a pleasure to deal with. Our viewing and application for a flat were all done incredibly quickly (within one week!), making our cross-country move much less stressful.
