Fantastic company, excellent knowledge and super helpful. We've just moved away from one of the many awful management companies who were fleecing us badly and replaced them with Horizon. It's been a very unpleasant transfer from the old company (and it's not over yet either) but Horizon have held our hands all the way; their level of knowledge is second to none and their comms are excellent. So refreshing after the last bunch of cowboys!

Justyna has been extremely helpful, professional and persistent in helping to resolve a long-running and stressful issue at Clifton Park View. What I particularly appreciated was that she stayed engaged, kept communicating, and continued chasing the matter even when the situation was not straightforward. As a leaseholder, it made a real difference to feel that someone was taking the issue seriously and doing what they could to move things forward.
