We recently moved out of our property managed by Albany Lettings, and the entire checkout and deposit return process was incredibly smooth. Louisa Butchart was fantastic to deal with—highly professional, responsive, and very fair throughout the process. We truly appreciate her support and efficiency. Highly recommend!
The letting agents I have been using to manage my flats for years (LinnMac Property) were bought over by Albany Lettings earlier the year and I have to say I was a little apprehensive about whether the quality of service would be affected. Happily I needn't have worried as their staff, especially Angie made the whole thing seamless and Angie has continue to look after everything brilliantly.
I had a great viewing experience with Albany Lettings today. Martin was very friendly, patient, and professional. He answered my questions clearly and gave me a thorough introduction to the property and the application process. I really appreciated his help and approachable manner.
