Carl Smith, of WSP Property Consultants, was recommended to us Carl spent time giving advice over the phone and then promptly carried out the valuations, and subsequently provided written reports. He had clearly spent considerable time and produced a set of comprehensive and thorough reports, which will be very useful to us. We are very appreciative of the help Carl provided.
I got in touch with them to enquire about a property, requested a call back for it. When called back, I was faced with very hostile behaviour as the I would not be a potential client and as though I shouldn’t have made an enquiry.
Amazing work
Extremely Disappointing Customer service. All department options available on the phone number actually transfer to voicemails of the responsible heads of said departments. They don't return phone calls - Been trying for a week now. Smaller companies have managed to arrange for virtual assistants who clearly are more effective at ensuring call-backs are actioned.
I have used WSB for a number of business related matters over recent years and found them to be both very helpful and professional at all times.
WSB have acted for me in regard to my commercial portfolio and also with residential investment valuation work. Having used their services on a number of occasions over the last ten years I can say the service and advice provided has been first class.
Complete waste of time..! I have telephone three times leaving clear messages on their automated answer machine to enquired about a POA Property...! No call back.
