We rented a property through Penny & Sinclair as tenants for over 4 years. They are an excellent estate agent. The property was well looked-after. Both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and easy. We were never charged any unfair deductions of deposit. Every time we needed support, the agency was responsive within reason. I would highly recommend them.

Two weeks ago, I rented a property from Penny & Sinclair near Market Place in Abingdon. The agent who showed me the property was Sean. Sean has always been very kind, helpful, and responsive. Once I decided to rent my current place, I asked to move within a week. The agency then acted quickly and efficiently to support my request, and I managed to move by the scheduled date.

Penny & Sinclair have been extremely professional, and my most recent renting experience with them has been very positive. From the very beginning, Sean Primmer, the Senior Lettings Negotiator who guided us through the viewing, explained everything clearly, and assisted with the application process, to our Property Manager Emilia Hillis, who has been highly responsible, transparent, and proactive. Any issues raised were addressed promptly and honestly, and they were very supportive and cooperative throughout our move-in process. Overall, it has been a smooth and reassuring experience.

Great experience with Penny & Sinclair, St Clements branch in Oxford. My husband and I found our lovely home thanks to Nigel Wallace, who showed us the property and replied in detail to all our questions. Once we submitted our offer and it was accepted, Nicola Randall supported us throughout the entire documentation process, and Emilia Hillis prepared everything for our move-in.
