We recently sold two properties and dealt with some nightmare estate agents with the first however our experience with Cherry Picked was completely different for the second. From the start Ajay had excellent, efficient communication and we only dealt with him directly throughout the process (despite my working abroad with 11-13 hour time differences!). We had an offer on our property within 3 days of the first viewing and had accepted an offer within 10 days of advertising. Ajay gave sound and honest advice throughout the process and was helpful during issues with the surveys. I would recommend to a friend and would use Cherry Picked residential to sell my future properties. We have now completed and were able to buy our dream home as a result of Ajay’s work.
