Grace Ballantyne was extremely helpful. Answered all my questions and was very patient with me :) Had a pleasant experience overall and highly recommend, especially as an international student.

From the outset she was approachable, professional and incredibly helpful. She guided us through every stage of the application, was always responsive, and went above and beyond to help us overcome any issues that arose along the way. Her support made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward. We'd also like to thank Helen Reeves, Office Manager, for all her assistance in bringing the tenancy to completion.
