I was asking for simple information on a property in central Oxford which I was very keen on renting - information you would expect an agent would have to hand immediately. The team proved to be inept, rude and wholly unhelpful. Never returned a phone call [after promising to do so every time], never supplied the basic information I needed to make a decision - e.g. which room was available and the rental cost. This played out over a week of me calling them daily before I finally gave up. The most unprofessional set of people I have ever dealt with in any line of business. I recommend everyone stay away from this "letting agent". Based on other reviews I'm glad I dropped out early and didn't proceed with the rental.
