Worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. They insisted inspections, even during the height of the pandemic during covid. They also charged us a huge amount for a cleaning fee even after a professional clean, taking a picture of a spider living in the corner of a ceiling as evidence of a room being unclean. Absolute scammers, avoid.

Ceri is a legend: responsive, helpful, and flexible with requests outside of his remit. The Finders Keepers team treat you with respect and as humans with your own life complications, which is truly refreshing compared to other agents in Oxfordshire. I've lived in Oxford for 7 years, across multiple properties, and with multiple lettings agents. If I had to rent with anyone in Oxford, I would HAVE to choose Finders Keepers. Thank you for making the last 2 years such a pleasure.

My property manager for many years, Joshua, deserves a 5 star review. He has done quick but thorough inspections and scheduled prompt maintenance when there were issues. The checkout process was also very smooth and well handled by Joshua despite myself departing the country early, and the deposit was returned to my bank account within 2 working days with no dispute. I would’ve given a 5 star review if it weren’t for the poor check in process (handled by someone else); the curtains were mouldy and boiler + radiators faulty when I moved into the property in the winter. I paid for curtain cleaning from my own pocket.

We've had a really smooth and positive experience renting through Finders Keepers central office Oxford. The staff (Jodee and Charlie) were professional, responsive, and made the whole process easy. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable letting agency.
