I moved in with Northwood rental property in May and Becky was amazing. Very helpful and eager. She's a 5/5 stars worker and you'll definitely be happy working with her. After you've moved in however, don't expect any emails back or responses. It took us nearly 8 weeks just so we could have the gas cooker turned on.... The 2 stars I gave were mostly for Becky, but she doesn't handle maintenance. They could do with a Becky 2 for that.
Excellent service. A tenant for my property was found within 10 days of it hitting the market. All checks were completed smoothly, and the tenant moved in without any issues. Communication throughout the process was outstanding. I was kept fully updated at every stage. I’ll definitely be using them again, with a special thank you to Eden for the exceptional support
I recently viewed a property and as soon as I arrived, the letting agent, Becky was very friendly and helpful. I then made the decision that I liked the property and decided to apply for it and Becky stayed in regular contact and was very helpful through the application process.
