I recently moved over to BJB following a dismal performance from a previous agent. It has taken time to settle in, as there has been structural and administrative challenges over a busy period. However, the staff, the responses and the proactive approach is something I require when it comes to managing my properties. Ashleigh Hopson, one of the property managers, has been very attentive, kind and resourceful when it has come to dealing with hurdles so far. This inevitably provides me with complete confidence that I have selected the right agents, as I reside over 250 miles away. I can't thank staff like Ashleigh and her colleagues enough. Thank you for the smooth journey so far, long may it continue.

Ben has been our point of contact right from the viewing of the apartment to the completion of contract. He was so helpful trying to guide us through the process and liasing with the other departments. Kept us up to date with the progress.

Poor show. Lack of communication between staff. We wanted to rent our mums house out. There were certain areas we did not wish to include. BJB said this was fine, no problem. Tenants wanted to move in to those off-limit areas, which were previously discussed. BJB allowed this even though we had explicitly told them no. Now BJB want money off us claiming they found us tenants! The tenants only wanted to move in IF the off-limit areas were included. We explicitly advised we did not want this.

Ben came round today, what a gent! So informative and helpful. He is an absolute asset to BJB. He answered every query i had. I would defintely recommend him to anyone i no. Thanks Ben x

Great service from BJB Hanley. I have found Ashleigh to be very responsive and highly efficient with anything I ask for. All queries are dealt with in a timely manner, and good communication by phone and email. Highly recommended.

Professional approach by Ashleigh dealt my maintenance issue in a way being incredible, also I had experienced her follow up and timely updation on my complaint was fabulous.I believe she could sorted out entire maintenance issues in the property in a timely manner.Your service would be greatly appreciated .Thank you
