I booked with these guys and they scammed me , paid 200 deposit and 90 pound for the night , there was no lockbox or key safe to enter the property and there phone was not answering , I called and text them numerous times but no response , I recommended u never book with these scammers

COULDNT ACCESS PROPERTY Paid via booking.com, sent check in instructions. Could not access the property on the day of booking, stook outside for an hour trying to contact them. Even went to the business address which is a complete hoax. Theyve been doing this for over a year!

Genuinely a scam. Instructions to get outside are false or a lie. There's no lockbox and entry is done remotely. Only it is hit and miss if they reply, to let you in. For us, they did not respond all night. We were stranded outside with no contact, and had to book a budget hotel. Other reviews will confirm either late reply for entry, or no entry at all. Do not book.

Booked through booking.com and ended being a nightmare. Im not normally a person who complains, but the service was terrible. I was told that a refund would be made for all the trouble, but I received nothing. It started with arriving at the property very dirty. Basically the previous people who had stayed mess was all still there. No clean towel and bins were full, beds all needed doing. Broken mirrors stored in the garden (not very child friendly). The front door handle was loose about the fall off, so I had tighten the screws. One of the beds was completely broken. Me and the family had to clean the whole property. To top it off my car got stuck in the rear car park. A fob is suppose to be provided for the barrier. There is entry/exit button which stops working after 6pm and can only be opened with the fob. After all this I asked for a refund and they keep delaying and lying that one night I will get refunding and its being processed. So I thought this feedback is what they deserve, I have video and photo evidence of everything.

Zero Stars. Arrived at the propperty at 17:18. Told them we would be there from 4pm but got held up by an rta. In the t&c's it states there is no customer service after 9pm. They had clearly shut up shop by 5pm. Was given instructions in a message on how to enter the property with a code for a key lockbox. There was no visible lockbox (see photo). Checked messages again and there was another message from the company with a different code but still saying there was a lockbox. There wasnt. Tried to call the company 4-5 times and it went straight to answerphone. Left multiple messages on the app. Spoke to someone from booking.com but they couldnt help. So after an hour and a half we left and had to book a hotel elswhere as we were due at a gig at 19:30. Had a missed call at 21:46 and a message on the app at 22:15 saying they had tried to call multiple times, they hadn't there is only one phone number on my account. I had left multiple voice mails from my number. The message went on to say they could let us in remotely?! Who on earth is going to hang around for 5+ hours for a reply and then have no way of locking the door? Shocking customer service (well there wasnt any). Then got a message saying thanks for leaving the place so tidy! Yeah we couldn't get in you absolute whoppers! Which makes me think they didnt bother to listen to the answer machine messages or bother to read the messages. God knows what would happen in an emergency, with that kind of response! So yeah, dont book with these guys MMM managemnt or whatever fly by night company they are called. A complete mess.

The location was great and we felt at home. We had a traditional wedding showcase for our community event and this beautiful home served as hosting the bride and groom with their bridal train. It was beautiful and very accommodating.

Stayed here for the night, 4 of us as we had some things planned in the city centre. Can’t complain about anything really, very clean, comfortable, lots of amenities provided, check in process easy and efficient, came with a car parking space which was perfect and the heating and hot water was nice and warm. The only thing I could comment on was the bed base/structure seemed to be caved in a little which meant they weren’t as comfortable as they could be. Apart from that, 10/10!
