Unprofessional and not worth wasting your time with them. Repeating the same issue twice says a lot about this agency. Cancelled viewing twice last minute! A viewing should normally only be confirmed once access with the tenant is secured and not giving excuses last minute. Go re-learn basic real estate 101.

am very disappointed since moving here. The lift almost never works. Sometimes it only works a few days in the whole month. I live on the fourth floor, and after work I come home very tired, so this is very hard for me. I contacted you many times about this problem and nothing changed. There is also rubbish left by neighbours, and the bad smell comes into my flat and gives me headaches. Some neighbours smoke and cause the fire alarm to go off late at night. It wakes me up and scares everyone in the building. I also went to the office for help, but nobody explained things properly or helped me. I made complaints before, but still nothing changed. I feel very unhappy and stressed. Every day I must walk up to the fourth floor many times, and carrying shopping bags upstairs is very difficult. I pay a lot of money, but I do not feel comfortable living here.

Disappointing experience with this lettings agent. Communication has been consistently poor throughout our tenancy, and we have now been waiting over a month for responses to multiple emails. Issues are either ignored completely or dealt with incredibly slowly, leaving us to chase for updates. Any lettings agent should provide timely communication and basic support when problems arise, but unfortunately this has not been our experience at all. The lack of responsiveness and inactivity has caused unnecessary stress and frustration.
