Martin & Co Reading Lettings & Estate Agents

Martin & Co Reading Lettings & Estate Agents is a family business, with Parma Dhillon and Sonia Dhillon serving as Directors. The branch has provided specialist advice to buyers, sellers, tenants, and investors since 2001. It is part of Martin & Co, a national network of independently-owned letting and estate agents.

Martin & Co has over 30 years of experience and started as lettings specialists. The Reading office offers estate and letting agency services and manages a large number of properties in Reading and its surrounding suburbs.

Landlords with multiple properties and tenants moving into new flats describe a consistently smooth experience with this Reading agency, where the recurring theme is the personal attention given by Kyra Smith. Several customers highlight her patience in answering questions and her readiness to negotiate with landlords on their behalf, while others note the streamlined and clear online portal used for applications.

Reliability comes up often: enquiries are answered quickly, concerns are handled clearly, and the whole process from initial viewing through to signing a tenancy agreement is described as straightforward rather than stressful. Landlords who have used the agency for property management over many years praise the communication from the whole team, particularly the way maintenance is organised and repair costs are kept to a minimum, with guidance ensuring their properties remain legally compliant.

Reviews regularly refer to the friendly and professional manner of staff, with Kyra singled out for her thoroughness and for keeping clients informed at every stage. Tenants and landlords alike describe their dealings as positive, efficient and supportive, with the application process, viewings and tenancy paperwork all handled without difficulty. A recurring point is the speed of replies and the clarity of the information provided, which made renting in the area an easy experience for those moving into a new home.
