Truly the best we could as for!! The Turners staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and seriously stand out as landlords of student homes. Fast responses and always happy to fix any issues we had. The house we rented was immaculate, super modern and well looked after. We are so greatful for them and definitely recommend a turner property!!

Lovely agents - the best I've had so far. Very quick to respond and solve any issues, from maintenance to private, always helpful and straightforward. Great at communicating too, have never left us in the dark and genuinely helped with any issues/requests we ever had. Really cannot fault my stay at one of their properties & definitely recommend.

I have stayed for 5 years in Donnington Gardens under Turner Property and I have to say that they are the best property management I dealt with during my stay in Reading. All the staff are lovely and they communicate well to tenants. The flat is immaculate and I did not experience any problems whatsoever! Thank you!

I've just finished three years living in a Turner Property shared house, and honestly it's been the most positive and memorable experience I could have hoped for. Sharing a house can be hit or miss, but this one got it right. It felt like home from day one. What really set it apart was Julia and Ylenia. I've rented before and worked with a few letting teams over the years, and nothing comes close to these two. The care they put in, how quickly they respond, and the sheer attention to detail is something I genuinely haven't experienced anywhere else. Any issue, however small, got sorted fast, and communication was always clear, friendly, and respectful. You actually felt looked after rather than managed. Both of them deserve a promotion, no question. They consistently went above and beyond, gave proper notice for anything, and handled everything with a calm, sort it out approach that made renting completely stress free.
