Renting horror stories are basically a genre, but somehow AVP Management never gave me one. I stayed with them for 3 years and they were consistently responsive, helpful, and great at putting you in a house with people you genuinely get along with. 10/10 would rent again.

I have had a great experience renting through AVP management. As a first time renter, they made the process really easy and seamless for me. I was able to move in to the property quickly and they managed all of my queries in a professional and timely manner. Really happy to have chosen their services.

Lived at a house rented out by AVP for a year and a half, the letting agents (Anish and Akhil) responded in a timely manner and were attentive to the needs of the house. It was very straightforward living there as welll as smooth moving in/out. Renting with them was very easy and chilled out, good experience living in Reading!
