I have found that the service I receive is excellent! When my house has been inspected I have been listened to with any concerns. The staff at the letting agency have always been lovely and patient with me and seen to any problems straight away.

We had a few issues with the previous person managing our building, but when Harry took over, everything ran much more smoothly. Any issues we raised were dealt with efficiently, and we never felt patronised or dismissed just because it was easier for management. Harry was always approachable, helpful and professional throughout. A great person to have managing your building!
