AVOID THIS AGENCY My experience with EasyMove Lettings was extremely unprofessional and deeply disturbing.What began as a simple request for clarity about my holding deposit escalated into a physical confrontation. An unidentified man shoved me towards a table several times. The manager, Leanne, then hit me on the chest with a file and pushed me at the door, causing my back to hit the door frame.All of this over a prospective tenant asking questions about a holding deposit.The hostility and lack of professionalism were shocking, particularly from someone in a managerial position. A disagreement over a tenancy or deposit should never escalate into physical contact.I expected basic professionalism and respect.Instead, this was an experience I found completely unacceptable and deeply disturbing.If you are considering using EasyMove Lettings, think very carefully before handing over your money or trusting them with your tenancy. I would personally stay well away.

Monwar came for house inspection was polite and professional

Had my 1st ever house inspection today . Was a little anxious as didnt know what to expect..my anxiety soon lifted as soon as monwar Ahmed introduced himself..what can I say ? a lovely polite gentlemen..he respected my property and chatted and explained all the way round house what he was looking for..pleased to say I passed 😀 monwar came as a stranger but left as a friend.. I look forward to seeing him again on my next inspection . Thank you

Absolutely amazing service from Easy Move Lettings! Leanne was so lovely, friendly and helpful throughout the whole process of getting my house. From the very start she made everything feel so much less stressful and was always there to answer any questions or help whenever I needed it. She really went above and beyond to make sure I had the best chance of getting the house and I honestly can’t thank her enough for all the support. You can tell she genuinely cares about people and wants to help, which made such a difference. It’s hard to find letting agents that are this trustworthy, understanding and caring nowadays. The whole team at Easy Move Lettings have been brilliant and the communication and service has been 10/10 from start to finish.
