I have just sold my property with Cope & Co and could not recommend enough! I opted for Cope & Co over other agents in my area as I loved Cope & Co's marketing, but what won me over was how personable the team are. Sean has been absolutely fantastic throughout the process of listing the property and carrying out a number of viewings. Hannah has great in supporting with offers and providing support once an offer was accepted. I had a very unpleasant experience with Cope & Co Letting Agency. The main issues I encountered were: - constant delays in resolving reported problems; - psychological pressure placed on tenants through evasive responses and a disrespectful attitude; - falsely claiming that the tenant’s requests are being passed on to the landlord, when this does not happen or is handled superficially. The lack of professionalism and transparency is unacceptable. I do not recommend this company.
