Prior to Jewels’ appointment there were a number of tasks that remained ignored by her previous colleagues for a considerable amount of time. However, Jewel has since rectified this and developed an ongoing plan.

In October 2025 we appointed Stevenson Whyte to manage our apartment block in Manchester. It has been such a refreshing experience after 5 years of poor management by one of the large block management companies. Christian has been absolutely brilliant! This is the first apartment that I've owned so having a good property manager is so important. Since Stevenson Whyte took over our building and saved us from the previous company, work has finally started happening and I'm seeing them transform it into a beautiful area to live in.
