Fantastic customer service and professional from the very beginning. Isabelle has been amazing, I have been updated almost daily, been kept in the loop and the communication has been brilliant. Incredibly impressed with NPP Residential.
Hannah Sanderson has been a massive help throughout the process of sorting out mine and my partners apartment. From the first viewing, she has been quick with responses and answering our queries. She also helped arrange a second view of the apartment for us. Hannah was very friendly and smiley when we met her, and a pleasure to have assisting us.
Rented with NPP for close to two years. The team are great at responding and having clear correspondence. Hannah came to show some suitors round the property we’re currently living in today, and made the whole process so easy and comfortable for us as it can be stressful. Would recommend NPP and in particular Hannah S.
Absolutely fantastic service. Hannah is the go-to girl for all your renting needs! She turned around a move for me in the space of just 1 week. Very happy!
